We ship all artworks well packed and safe and secure with insurance.

We can ship to any address in the world. Customers from Asia, Africa and South America might be charged for additional shipping costs.

The shipping costs include all packaging supplies and shipping costs as well as insurance and we make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. However the shipping costs can vary substantially depending on the size of the work and the location of the customer, you can see the definite shipping costs for each item by adding it to the cart.



To keep the shipping costs as low as possible all artworks will be shipped directly from the location of the artists. The prints in the "Secondary Market" section will all be shipped from Switzerland. Please note that any additional taxes, customs duties or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws are your responsibility. If you fail to provide us with your correct and full address you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.



Expect all orders to be shipped within 3-10 days from the time they are placed, however most packages go out more quickly. Please note we use priority shipments to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like to receive your shipment faster, and don't mind paying more, please leave a note in your PayPal payment and we will arrange express shipping for you.


Return Policy

You may return all new items within ten days of receipt for a full refund or replacement if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly.

If you wish to return an item, simply send a message to us with the reason for your return as well as pictures of the damaged or incorrect item. We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that goods must be removed carefully from the packaging as we accept no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork by the customer. All items are packaged before sending with the utmost care and attention; any artwork not in mint condition will not be dispatched. The Daily Art Fixx Shop reserves the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery if an item is no longer available.
